I’m passionate about helping people grow, thrive, and achieve their definition of success. As a Kingdom Factor coach, I bring over 30 years of leadership and HR experience—from starting as an industrial engineer in the steel industry to serving in senior and executive HR roles at organizations like Highmark, PNC Bank, Koppers, and TeleTracking. My coaching journey was born out of firsthand experience with the power of professional coaching, leading me to complete the rigorous Teleos Leadership Institute Coach Development Program and earn professional certification from the International Coaching Federation. With deep experience across industries, company types, and cultures, I help leaders tap into their potential through powerful questions, active listening, and a coaching approach built on trust, respect, and transformation.
